Yes, Made right here in Ohio, USA. We proudly design, laser-cut, fabricate, powder coat, and ship all of our products in-house.
Certainly, all the necessary fasteners for hanging or assembling an Elite Mount are included.
If your order hasn’t been delivered yet, first check your tracking information to confirm the expected delivery date and status; if it’s significantly past the estimated time frame, please contact us.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours or 1 business day if placed over the weekend.
Yes, You can expect to receive a copy of the tracking information through email.
Items may be returned if they are unused (not installed) and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the shipment date. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Additionally, all Scratch and Dent items are considered final sale, and refunds will only be issued to the payment method used for the purchase.
- Returns of this kind should be submitted in their original packaging, in new and unused condition (not installed). The product should not show any significant wear, dents, dings or scratches. A refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.

Our products are specifically engineered for installation in wood studs, drywall or sheet metal, and we include screws and wall anchors with each product to ensure a seamless setup.
Currently, we do not provide options for custom colors. Our Milwaukee M18 and M12, DeWalt 20V, Ryobi One+, Makita 18V, and most Universal products come in a satin black powder coat.
