Items may be returned if they are unused (not installed) and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the shipment date. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Additionally, all Scratch and Dent items are considered final sale, and refunds will only be issued to the payment method used for the purchase.
Returns of this kind should be submitted in their original packaging, in new and unused condition (not installed). The product should not show any significant wear, dents, dings or scratches. A refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.
