Currently, Elite Mounts ships products exclusively within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands, and we do not offer international shipping at this time.
The responsibility for loss and ownership of all merchandise ordered from this site transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. In the event that the carrier cannot locate a shipment or encounters a delivery exception, we will hold for up to three weeks for the shipment to arrive before considering a refund or sending a replacement product. If the carrier damages a shipment, we will ensure a new item is dispatched to you within 15 days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually occurs within 3 to 6 business days after the carrier collects your order from our Celina, Ohio location. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and delays can happen during peak seasons. Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information to the email associated with your order.
How much is shipping?
Our shipping schedule operates Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM Eastern Standard Time. We utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS for all product shipments. Shipping costs are determined based on the standard ground rates of these carriers from Celina, Ohio.
Lost or Stolen Items:
In the uncommon event of a lost or stolen item, Elite Mounts cannot accept responsibility. Once the package is shipped, liability transfers to the customer. Elite Mounts will not address theft claims if the shipping carrier provides proof of delivery. We strive to ensure our products arrive at their intended destination, and as such, we provide shipping confirmation and tracking information with every order. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the package and anticipate its arrival.
